Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Technology Students
Admission Requirements
Enrollment is allowed for holders of a General Secondary School Certificate (Science Stream) in all academic programs. Students from the Scientific Mathematics stream may be accepted in the programs of Radiology and Medical Imaging Technology, and Health Information Management and Informatics Technology, or their equivalents. Transfer students from other faculties may also be accepted according to the rules set by the Private Universities Council.
The faculty establishes general admission rules where the student’s preference and the principle of equal opportunity serve as the basis for student acceptance.
Graduates of technical health institutes and equivalent institutes will be admitted according to the rules determined by the Private Universities Council. A credit transfer and exemption will be applied for courses the student has already completed. The student will be required to study and take exams for courses not previously studied, according to the conditions set by the Faculty Council and approved by the University Council (students must study for at least two years at the faculty)
International students who hold a certificate equivalent to the Egyptian General Secondary School Certificate and is recognized by the Supreme Council of Universities are eligible for admission.
